Lurpak Lighter is a soft, spreadable dairy spread with a smooth, creamy texture straight from the fridge. Its light consistency makes it easy to spread on bread, toast or crackers without tearing. Use it on breakfast toast, in sandwiches or spread over jacket potatoes. It also works well stirred through mashed potato or melted over cooked vegetables for extra flavour. Many home cooks keep a tub handy for quick spreading rather than softening a hard block first. Store in the fridge and use the reseal lid to keep it fresh between uses.
